My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?Updated 3 months ago

If you are in the UK please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date of your order. 

Usually delivery is a lot quicker than this but can be delayed during busy periods or on orders placed over weekend.

For orders to Dubai, please allow 1-2 working days and for the wider UAE, please allow 2-4 days. 

For orders to Europe and the rest of the world please allow between 7-14 working days for delivery.

Please note:

• Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update
  

• Couriers may mark parcels as delivered slightly before arrival
  

If your order appears delayed or delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us as soon as possible and our support team will look into it for you. 

If your order shows as being delivered but you haven't received it, please check if your parcel has been left in your chosen safe place, with a neighbour or returned to your local sorting office.
