Humantra products are consumable, so we can only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You may be eligible for a return if:
- Your order arrived damaged
- You received the wrong product
- Your product is completely unused and unopened
- There is another exceptional circumstance (reviewed case by case)

Please note that returns are subject to a quality check once received at our warehouse. Refunds are only issued if the return meets our acceptance criteria.
If you have opened Humantra that you won’t be using, we encourage you to pass it along to a friend or family member who might enjoy it.
