Can I make changes to my order?Updated 3 days ago

If you’re on a subscription, you have full flexibility to update your upcoming orders at any time before your renewal date.

You can:

  • Change your flavours (e.g. try a new one each month)
  • Adjust the number of boxes in your order
  • Update your delivery schedule

You can make these changes as often as you like — just log into your account and update your next order before it renews.


Once an order has been confirmed, our warehouse team processes it quickly to ensure fast delivery. This means we’re unfortunately unable to make changes after this point but you are welcome to contact our support team to arrange and exchange.
