You can cancel your order any time before it’s processed.

We work quickly to pick and pack orders, so once your order has been processed (this can happen shortly after renewal or checkout), it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

If you’re unsure, we recommend getting in touch with our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my order has already been processed?

If your order is already on its way and you no longer want it, you’re very welcome to return it to us for a refund, as long as it’s unused and unopened.
